  1. Vegetarian fried rice

The difference is that you cannot have sausage, meatball, or prawn. As the filling in your fried rice, you can replace them with peas, chopped spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, and other vegetables. Regarding the vegetables, it depends on your preference. You can have cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach or baby kale, broccoli or cauliflower, peas, beans, and other types of veggies. Of course, when you still want to have meaty texture and flavor, you can choose mushroom. Shiitake and chestnut mushroom will always work well as the topping of your pizza.
  3. Pasta
    Next, you can also have pasta. Pasta is simple yet tasty foods. Similar to the fried rice and pizza, these are normally great options of meals since you can add meaty ingredients. Now, you can try having vegetarian pasta. It is not bad idea since you only need to have main ingredients. In this case, it is still tomato sauce, and you need penne. These two are main and most important ingredients. For additional vegetables, you can have some options as what you have in the pizza or fried rice. Even when you want to have cheese, it is still fine to add. To get creamy taste, you can have milk. Almond milk can become options when you cannot have dairy product in your vegetarian diets.
